easyDITA Reports

Reports enable users to analyze specific folders or maps to gain insights on the content.

These reports are built to provide specific insights such as the status fo files in a map, reuse across maps, and potentially problematic link dependencies.

By default, only Administrators can access and run reports. Each report requires you to set its parameters to define the folder or map you want analyzed. And depending on the report, results display in the Reports interface or are emailed to you.

CAUTION: Report results that display in easyDITA are not saved. Navigating away from the Reports interface or Reports Tab will cause you to lose your results.
