easyDITA Reports

Use easyDITA's out of the box reports to analyze specific folders or maps and gain insights on your content. These reports are built to provide specific insights such as the status of files in a map, reuse across maps, and potentially problematic link dependencies.

By default, only Administrators can access and run reports. Each report requires you to set its parameters to define the folder or map you want analyzed. And depending on the report, the results are either shown in the Reports interface or are emailed to you.

CAUTION: Report results that show in easyDITA are not saved. Navigating away from the Reports interface or Reports tab will cause you to lose your results.
